About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered TPN Nurse to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our community care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.


Key Responsibilities

As a Registered TPN Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing holistic care to clients, helping them to meet their full potential
  • Working closely with the family and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with the company's complex community nurse to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conducting regular assessments and reviews to ensure the client's needs are met
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families on managing complex conditions

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body
