Construction Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team at Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Sherford site in Devon. As a key member of the Project Team, you will provide a consistent and timely service to our Delivery Partner by ensuring that project handover information is managed, communicated, filed and provided in accordance with the Handover Process as agreed with each delivery partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documents for multiple projects, ensuring Teams Channels and Project Folders are created for projects, and documents are uploaded in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Document Control process at operational level.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks on all information uploaded.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and provide systems training.
  • Ensure all affordable and PRS specifications are effectively communicated to the Build, Technical and Commercial teams.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and documents.
  • Highly literate and able to understand and interpret legal documentation.
  • IT literate – Office 365.
  • Experience in residential housing delivery.
