Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Girling Jones. As an Operations Coordinator/Construction Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Construction and site teams, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction projects, including uploading and downloading information from our construction management system.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure all administrative needs are met, and provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Assist with general administration duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and site teams.
