Retail Store Manager, Ladies Footwear, Luxury Brand

We are a luxury retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Ladies Footwear department. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, providing product recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high-performing store by achieving sales targets, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with other store managers and senior management to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
