Department Head, Ladies Footwear, Luxury Retailer

As a Department Manager at Kurt Geiger, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in our Ladies Footwear department. Our Liberty operation is a unique and exciting environment within a store that has been a benchmark of British style and fashion since 1875. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be a role model for your team and a representative of our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your team, Senior Management, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Manage productivity, individual targets, and employee relations to maintain a high-performance team.
- Ensure optimum cover during peak trading periods and protect the Kurt Geiger brand by maintaining high personal presentation standards.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation of your boutique, consistent with company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fast-paced store/concession management roles, preferably in a fashion-forward footwear or accessory brand.
- A customer service ambassador with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proven ability to drive a large team and lead by example.
- Representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand in every way.
