Job Overview
Apricus Resourcing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Recovery Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves assisting in the evening running of a therapeutic community in a residential service, coordinating tasks and activities, and ensuring risk is monitored and minimised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and facilitate the evening running of the therapeutic community
- Coordinate tasks and activities for service users
- Monitor and minimise risk
- Administer medication to service users
About You
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who can offer patients a first-class recovery in an industry leading working environment. This role requires 37.5 hours across any 4 nights of the week, with compensation for mileage and travel expenses incurred whilst on shift.
What We Offer
In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive rate of pay between £16.05-£18.55 per hour dependent on experience. Additional benefits include free DBS disclosure, dedicated consultant support, efficient payroll system, and a leading referral bonus scheme.
