Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic support to service users, empowering them to overcome their struggles and achieve a better quality of life. This will involve working closely with the therapy team to deliver a comprehensive treatment program, ensuring that each individual receives the care and attention they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering therapeutic interventions to service users
  • Coordinating daily activities and tasks to promote recovery and well-being
  • Monitoring and administering medication as required
  • Working collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse and its effects on individuals and communities
  • Experience of working in a therapeutic environment, preferably with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with service users
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
