Substance Abuse Support Worker Lead

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team of support workers in a residential service, providing exceptional support to individuals struggling with substance misuse.
This role involves overseeing the implementation of the therapeutic programme, ensuring that high-quality support is delivered to all service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team activities, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of the therapeutic programme implementation
- Coordination of team activities
- Monitoring of progress and identification of areas for improvement
- Experience in supporting adults with substance misuse issues
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive hourly rate: £16.05 - £18.55 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Dedicated consultant with sector expertise
- Weekly payroll and professional compliance system
- Leading referral bonus scheme
Estimated salary range: £34,000 - £39,000 per year.
