About the Role

We are building out our Global HR Business Partner team and seeking an HRBP Director for the Global Product and Technology Org. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic HR guidance and coaching to executives and people leaders. They will align HR strategy with business objectives, enhance team performance, and support employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to executives and people leaders to impact engagement, development, and retention of talent.
  • Be an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Utilize data to derive insights on people trends and recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure employee needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Support the creation, launch, and execution of Talent Management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred, in business and management or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience as an HRBP, with experience working with Tech organizations within a high-growth SaaS org preferred.
  • Experience influencing and advising executives on talent and employment situations.
  • Experience using data to influence decision-making outcomes.
  • Proven ability to drive change management in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
