Senior HR Business Partner

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a prestigious global Asset Management firm in London.

About the Role

This newly created role will support the investment client group, responsible for providing strategic and operational HR business partnering. The successful candidate will have an experienced background in Financial services, with Asset Management experience being highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships across the UK business, with a specific focus on supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, including organisational design and transformation programmes.
  • Work with the client group to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Manage x1 junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives and coach to ensure continued development in role.
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
