About the Role:

At Horder Healthcare, we are seeking an exceptional Patient Administrator to join our team in Eastbourne. As a key member of our Sussex MSK Partnership East team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless healthcare journey for our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Connect with patients via telephone and email to provide exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Manage patient bookings, coordinate diagnostic results, and work closely with clinicians to resolve queries and deliver outstanding services.
  • Efficiently manage our internal computer systems to actively manage patients through care pathways and provide clinicians with necessary clinical notes.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Salary: £22 upon starting, increasing to £23 after 6 months, and £24 after 2 years of service
