Transform Patient Care with Our Virtual Ward Team
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our dynamic Virtual Ward team in East Sussex. As a Remote Monitoring Clinician, you will play a key role in delivering innovative care delivery and transforming patient experiences.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the team on shift, supporting the development of the service through leading on projects and audits, and clinical coordination of the team on shift.
You will lead the onboarding and clinical management for patients on remote monitoring, develop your clinical skills in conducting remote clinical assessments and treatment for patients across the Virtual Ward pathways.
Requirements- Experience as a Registered Nurse, HCPC registered Paramedic, or AHP
- Leadership skills and ability to develop services
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits including flexible working options and opportunities for professional development.
