Acute Oncology Service Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Acute Oncology Service team at The London Clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the clinical expert and professional resource to the multi-professional team, patients, and carers.
- Provide specialist support to deliver excellent AOS clinical standards in cancer education and training across the hospital.
- Coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive Acute Oncology Service, ensuring optimal standards of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the AOS CNS to deliver AOS services across organisational, professional, and geographical boundaries.
- Support the development of nursing practice, working in collaboration with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- RGN with valid NMC registration and considerable post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting with haematology and oncology experience.
- Cancer experience in SACT and post-registration course within the Oncology specialism.
- Strong evidence of clinical leadership qualities, including team working and team building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation, assertiveness, and decision-making.
