Deputy Director of Member Support

ASCL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Member Support. This role will play a critical part in supporting the leadership and management of all aspects of member support services within the Association.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director in managing a significant team of specialist support staff
  • Develop support strategies and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to grow and develop the Association's membership
  • Optimise and develop member engagement opportunities
  • Lead, communicate, and guide others drawing on previous experience
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional association and trade union for school and college leaders. As Deputy Director of Member Support, you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our members and contribute to the strategic development and evolution of the Association.

The role requires a strong leader who can support our strategic outward-facing work and optimise member engagement opportunities. You will work closely with the Director of Member Support and other departments to achieve our goals and objectives.
