Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role, ideally within construction, property, or retail sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully managing contracts from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying commercial opportunities.
