- Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills, customer service, and teamwork.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, with a strong track record of sales achievement.
