- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer experiences and resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- A competitive salary of £24,500 per annum.
