Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rituals UK & Ireland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store administration to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data and develop action plans to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience as a Store Manager or equivalent in retail or hospitality.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
