About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JYSK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, optimize store routines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first attitude, and train colleagues in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, team leadership, and sales development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
