Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JYSK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, optimize store routines, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first attitude, and train colleagues in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Proven experience in retail management, team leadership, and sales development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
