Financial Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced Audit Director to lead our audit teams and contribute to the firm's long-term vision. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing audit team, engage in strategic decision-making, and contribute to the firm's growth.
About the Role:The Audit Director will be responsible for overseeing complex audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and delivering high-quality results. With a proven track record in audit leadership and strategic management, this individual will drive business growth and development through innovative approaches and solutions.
This is a senior-level role that requires a deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS102) and audit software (CaseWare preferred). The ideal candidate will have post-RI experience (5-7 years), ACA or ACCA qualification, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead high-risk audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-growth, international organizations.
- Contribute to the firm's audit strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Support the development of rising talent, driving a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Play an active role in expanding the firm's client base, leveraging existing networks and identifying new opportunities.
- Post-RI experience (5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of audit software (CaseWare preferred) and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS102).
- A proven ability to manage significant audit projects and diverse client portfolios.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Ability to lead teams, deliver complex audits, and contribute to business development efforts.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at £130,000 - £160,000 per annum.
