About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Support Specialist to join our team at Mayo Wynne Baxter. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that clients receive a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring that client information is secure and confidential.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of client materials, such as reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the client services team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences and providing tailored support and service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
