We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Support Specialist to join our team at Mayo Wynne Baxter. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and providing exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Meet and greet clients, colleagues, and visitors, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Office Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including copying, printing, and scanning documents, as well as sending and receiving mail and packages.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
- IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including setting up equipment and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
