Key Responsibilities- Client Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage visitor bookings and ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including meeting rooms, reception areas, and collaboration spaces.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, reports, and other documents as required.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, facilities, and other support functions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
