We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead our efforts in implementing and managing Health and Safety Standards across various projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading construction company and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects in London.
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you will require significant experience working in a similar position within the construction industry. Your expertise in Health and Safety regulations and procedures will enable you to effectively assess and mitigate risks associated with our projects. Additionally, your leadership skills will be essential in guiding site personnel and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Health and Safety Standards across various projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior Health and Safety managers for advice or to organize internal or external training.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance metrics.
