Ardmore Group is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Specialist to join our team as a HSQE Manager. As part of our dynamic construction company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Health and Safety strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our standards across various projects.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished individual with extensive experience working in a similar role within the construction sector. Your exceptional knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and procedures will enable you to effectively design and implement Health and Safety protocols that meet our company's high standards. Additionally, your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders will be essential in driving Health and Safety best practices throughout our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Health and Safety protocols that meet Ardmore Group's high standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Health and Safety best practices.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance metrics.
