About the Role
Ardmore Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team as a HSQE Manager. As part of our dynamic construction company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the implementation and management of our Health and Safety Standards throughout various projects.

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience working in a similar role within the building construction sector. Your strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and procedures will enable you to effectively monitor and advise on site safety practices. Additionally, your ability to liaise with senior Health and Safety managers and provide training and guidance to site personnel will be essential in maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as project health and safety champion and coordinator, assisting the Project Manager in discharging their duties regarding health and safety on site.
  • Provide practical advice and ensure basic legal compliance by monitoring good practice and conducting daily site inductions.
  • Liaise with senior Health and Safety managers for advice or to organize internal or external training.
  • Contribute to the production of Ardmore method statements and risk assessments.
