About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Community Resource Centre in Stroud. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of people with learning disabilities. You will have hands-on experience working with people with learning disabilities and be confident in providing support with personal care. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with individuals who may have complex needs.
