Job Title: Weekend Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Support Worker to join our team at The Nelson Trust. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, support, and wellbeing of our clients during weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients, providing them with the support and motivation they need to navigate their recovery journey.
  • Coordinate weekend activities, oversee client visits, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
  • Continuing the treatment program for our clients, providing a supportive and responsive service.
