About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our Accommodation Based Service in Stroud. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people aged 16+ who are facing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinforce positive support and establish high standards for each new resident.
  • Provide a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to empower individuals in improving independent living skills.
  • Safeguard residents from potential danger, harm, or abuse.
  • Accurately document notes on our computer system and ensure seamless communication with support staff for effective handovers.
