About the RoleAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for the supervision and care of our young people, ensuring their individual needs are met and their well-being is prioritized. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting positive behaviors and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support young people with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement individual care plans to promote positive behaviors and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Participate in activities and engage young people in their daily routine
- Ensure educational needs are met and supported
- Positive and proactive approach
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential
- Big heart and passion to make a difference to children and young people
- Patience, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare
