Training Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team as a Training Manager. This is a home-based role that requires the ability to travel to various locations across southeast England, including Essex, Sussex, Kent, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programs to internal stakeholders and employees, focusing on learning and development within the care sector.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions, providing high-quality support to colleagues and Care Homes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training.
- An NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a care home or residential setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work at a senior level.
- Experience working in a compliant organization, ideally within the CQC environment.
- A competitive salary of up to £40,000, based on £35,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.
- A contributory pension scheme and healthcare plan.
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
