Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Training Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to internal stakeholders and employees in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the care sector regulatory environment and previous experience in delivering training in a healthcare setting. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that involves regular travel to various locations in southeast England. The successful candidate will need to have a driving license and be able to drive to different sites as needed.

As a Training Development Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing training requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to meet the needs of our staff and customers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

- PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and or Training
- NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
- Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience in communicating at a senior level

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, based on a basic salary of £35,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, plus benefits such as contributory pension and healthcare scheme, annual leave, and bank holidays.
