**Job Overview:** Senior Training Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Training Development Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for our engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, training, and facilitation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for engineering teams.
  • Mentor apprentices and support their transition into the workplace.
  • Liaise with College/University teams to ensure smooth progression of apprentice programs.
  • Foster collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Time-served experience in an electrical trade.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
