Training and Development Professional

Nationwide Platforms, part of the Loxam Group, is seeking a highly experienced Training Instructor to deliver IPAF training courses to both internal and external customers across the South East region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple sites.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of delegates and clients.
- Promote best practice in training delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes with relevant approvals.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, line managers, and candidates, providing guidance and support as needed.
The estimated salary for this role is £48,500-£58,500 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits such as a competitive salary, car allowance or pension scheme, 25 days holiday, life assurance, and opportunities for professional development.
