About the Role

CRA Consulting is seeking an experienced Secretary to join their growing team within Specialist Claims. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail management, and supply ordering.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Strong Legal Secretary experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent audio typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
