Autism Specialist Support Role

At Autism Initiatives (UK), we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
We are committed to providing high-quality care and support that is tailored to each person's unique needs. Our team works closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure that every individual receives the best possible support.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with people with autism and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in community activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,022 per annum pro rata, based on 39 hours per week, plus extra pay for sleep-in duties (certain services only). In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including career progression opportunities, full initial training, and ongoing development programmes.
