Support Worker Position

As a Support Worker in our Southport team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism. Your main duties will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Promoting independence and encouraging participation in community activities.
- Working closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure that every individual receives the best possible support.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,022 per annum pro rata, based on 39 hours per week, plus extra pay for sleep-in duties (certain services only). In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including career progression opportunities, full initial training, and ongoing development programmes.
