Support Worker for Older Adults

Job Summary:
Dovehaven Care Homes is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Argyle Park Care Home in Southport. As a Support Worker for Older Adults, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with residents, relatives, and visitors. You will also assist in the running of the Home, maintaining high standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and practical care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks.
- Assist in the running of the Home, maintaining high standards of care and service.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older adults.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus 28 days' annual leave (pro rata), free parking, and comprehensive induction and training programs.
