We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team as a senior care assistant leader. The role involves leading a team, inspiring and enabling residents to live well, and supporting them with personal care and activities. The ideal candidate will have previous care experience, be passionate about caring for older people, and possess strong leadership skills.
