About the Role

Carmarthen is seeking a skilled Field Engineer to provide onsite services for our clients. The successful candidate will deliver technical support for end-user technology environments involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.

Job Description

This On-Site Service Engineer position involves providing basic hardware support, PC and Laptop imaging, helpdesk, desktop support, VC support, printer support, installations, moves, and changes, as well as 1st/2nd line support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver on-site services, providing technical assistance for end-user technology environments.
  2. Capable of working independently and remotely on various products; required to perform on-site installations and troubleshooting across a range of software or hardware environments.
Requirements
  • CompTIA A+/N+
  • MCDST or ITIL Foundation V4 certification
  • A valid UK driving license with no convictions

Salary

£28,000 - £34,800 (dependent on experience) + annual car allowance.
