Service Manager for Physiotherapy Services

Shaw healthcare is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our 20 bedded home with state-of-the-art facilities delivering specialist care and nursing services. The successful candidate will work with the local community, GP's and professionals to deliver a care offer that enables residents to lead full lives.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service, managing resources, and maintaining high levels of occupancy. They will also provide improvement, independence, and choice for Service Users, while complying with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver excellent quality of care
  • Manage the Service's budgets and deliver Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure the Service complies with statutory obligations and relevant legislation
  • Enable Service Users to control their own financial affairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse with a valid PIN
  • Caring and compassionate
  • Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group
