About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and caring SEN Teaching and Learning Coordinator to join our team at Academics Ltd.
">The successful candidate will have a strong background in Psychology and be able to apply their knowledge and skills to support pupils with a range of special needs.
">In this role, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to develop and deliver engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- To coordinate the development and implementation of tailored educational programs for pupils with special needs.
- To work closely with teaching staff to identify and address the needs of each pupil.
- To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation.
- To contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer:
">A competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
