About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our KS1 team, supporting the academic progress of a child with non-verbal communication needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, using tailored learning resources that stimulate intellectual growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, preferably holding a bachelor's degree. They must also hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and have the right to work in the UK. Familiarity with child-led learning approaches is advantageous for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning support to students with SEN
  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs

Requirements:
  • Minimum of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and right to work in the UK
  • Familiarity with SEN education and its associated strategies
