Job Description: We are seeking a Learning Environment Specialist to join our team at the Wayman Group. As a Learning Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities


Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment


Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
