Behaviour Support Specialist in Crawley

Key Responsibilities- Support pupils with Autism, SEMH, and other Learning Disabilities
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans
- Monitor and report on pupil progress to parents and carers
- Passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
- Experience working in a similar setting or with similar age groups
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. They will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
