Education Assistant for SEMH Pupils

The school is a specialist provision for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work in a supportive and proactive environment to develop strategies for pupils with complex needs.
Your Role- Support pupils with challenging behaviour and develop strategies for improvement
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans
- Offer regular feedback to parents and carers on pupil progress
- Experience working with pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other Learning Disabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
- Ability to think creatively and respond positively to difficult situations
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. They will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
