About the Role:

The Academic Support Professional will provide targeted support to students in upper Key Stage 2 (KS2). They will work closely with classroom teachers to ensure consistent teaching practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver effective intervention sessions to meet the needs of students.
  2. Work with small groups of children in upper KS2 to promote their learning and progress.
  3. Conduct assessments to identify student needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
Requirements:
  1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Possess proven experience teaching in upper KS2.
  3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UKS2 curriculum.
  4. Exhibit good behaviour management skills.
Benefits:

£25,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a competitive salary range for this role in the Birmingham area.

Estimated Salary Range:

£30,625.
