Teaching Opportunity at Future Education

We are seeking a qualified Humanities Teacher to join our team at Future Education in Guildford, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Humanities at Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly with students who have SEMH or behavioural needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging Humanities lessons for students with a range of learning needs. This includes modifying the curriculum to suit individual learning profiles and developing personalized education plans. They will also collaborate with the SEN team to manage challenging behaviours and reinforce positive behaviour through strategies that foster trust and growth.

The role involves working in a supportive team environment with professional development opportunities, making a genuine difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs. Small class sizes enable a highly personalized teaching approach.
