Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Care Specialist to join our team at Lifeways Specialist Support Services in Bartley Green.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, ensuring their needs are met and they can lead fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 42 hours or 30-40 hours per week with varying shift times. We offer fully-funded health and social care qualifications, which will enhance your skills and knowledge in this field.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, supporting them with daily activities such as walks, cooking, socializing with family, shopping, music appreciation, disco nights, sensory play, arts and crafts, swimming, and movie nights.
